Stacy Roose

Originally from Greenwood Indiana, Stacy Roose graduated from Center Grove High School to attend IUPUI. During that time, Stacy was a member of the Moving Company (Dance Company) and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Having grown up attending the Dance Refinery, Stacy later joined Center Grove’s Color Guard from 2006-2010 and joined Carolina Crown Drum Corps 2010-2011.

 

She has teched, directed, and choreographed a variety of programs throughout Indiana including programs in World, Open, and A. She currently resides in Indianapolis, IN. where she is the Executive and Educational Director at Elevate Independent World. Under her direction, her groups have built success and achieved high awards including in IHSCGA and WGI creating or adding to the programs’ successful history. 

 

Stacy has also edited soundtracks for various programs including: Elevate Independent, Lake Aria Independent, Mt. Vernon, Westlake, and more. During her education while acquiring her degree in Journalism, she studied editing of sound, video, and photography.

 

Stacy also works in healthcare administration as an Admin Assistant to the Hospital Director. She has also been blessed with an amazing husband, Stefan Roose, who is a band director at Avon Community Schools and a Senior Airman in the Airforce. They both are blessed with a son Jasper.
